Shipbuilding solidarity in France<\/h4>\n

Since 2011, Watever supported the shipyard Voil\u2019Avenir and participated to the development and the manufacturing of catamarans accessible to people suffering from\u00a0reduced mobility. This ambitious project has a double social vocation; it allows the insertion of people in a professional environment and\u00a0 the navigation to people in wheelchairs.<\/p>\n

\"Voil'Avenir32\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Watever supported the project until 2013 on many aspects: the establishment of a network, the communication, the project\u2019s development, the conception and the resolution of technical problems. Watever\u2019s team was especially there for the first trials at sea of the VA32, during the Multihull Show at La Grande Motte in April 2013.<\/p>\n

The VA32 takes the road to La Grande Motte where it will be made available to reduced-mobility people, through the establishment of partnerships.<\/p>\n

Today, the project Voil\u2019Avenir is taking off and is going towards autonomy. The VA32 makes way for the VA26, which is destined to go in nautical clubs and sailing schools whose plans are elaborated by VPLP Paris.<\/p>\n

Therefore, Voil\u2019Avenir becomes partner with Watever concerning the training aspect, the integration of biomaterials in naval manufacturing and welcomes VISs (Volunteering of International Solidarity) on the shipyard.<\/p>\n
